PRIVACY
Plain-English privacy
Updated 24 October 2026. The Crewdeck website is run by Datum Foundry Nine (DF9 Labs) in the UK.
No tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, adverts or tracking scripts. Fonts, pictures and video all come from our own server, so your browser doesn't contact anyone else while you read it.
If you apply for the beta
- What we keep: your name, your email address, which AI coding tools you ticked, your type of computer, and what you said you'd use Crewdeck for.
- Why: to choose beta testers and to email you about the beta. Nothing else, and we never sell or share it.
- Where: it's stored on our server in London and emailed to the Crewdeck team through our email provider.
- How long: until the beta is over, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.
If you try the live demo
- The job you type is sent to an AI model provider (Vultr) so a model can plan the crew and another can build the app. Please don't type anything private.
- We don't store what you type, or the app that comes back. We only count how many runs happen each day.
- The finished app runs only in your own browser, in a sealed frame with no internet access.
Fair-use limits
To stop the form and the demo being flooded, the server counts requests per visitor using a scrambled version of your internet address that changes every day. It isn't linked to you and is deleted within two days.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Message us on X at @DatumFoundryAI, or reply to any email we've sent you, and we'll sort it out. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
